Day 2: Creativity as a Gift

Faith Scripture
Exodus 35:31-32
“And He has filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills—to make artistic designs…”

Devotional Reflection
Creativity is not just for artists—it is a God-given gift placed inside of each of us.

Whether it’s writing, teaching, building, organizing, encouraging, or leading—creativity shows up in many forms.

Your creativity is not limited.
It grows the more you use it.

Too often, we doubt our ideas before we even try.
We question if it’s “good enough,” “ready,” or “worth it.”

But creativity doesn’t require perfection—it requires obedience.

God doesn’t ask you to have it all figured out.
He asks you to use what He has already given you.

When you begin to create—whether it’s a book, a resource, a plan, or even a small step forward—you are partnering with God.

And the beautiful thing about creativity is this:

When you use it, you don’t lose it—you multiply it.

Prayer
Lord,
Thank You for the creativity You’ve placed inside of me.

Help me to stop doubting what You have already given.
Give me confidence to create, even when I feel uncertain.

Remove fear, comparison, and hesitation.
Replace it with boldness, clarity, and purpose.

Let everything I create reflect You and serve others.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

Reflection Question
What is one idea or assignment God has placed on my heart that I’ve been afraid to act on?

Faith Declaration
My creativity is a gift from God.
As I use it, it grows and multiplies.
