Day 1 — God Does Not Want Us to Carry Worry

Day 1 — God Does Not Want Us to Carry Worry

Scripture:
“Do not worry about anything, but pray about everything.” — Philippians 4:6

Devotional Thought:
Worry feels like carrying a heavy backpack that never comes off. God never meant for us to carry life alone. Instead, He invites us to bring every concern to Him in prayer.

When we talk to God about our worries, He replaces them with His peace.

Family Question:
What is one thing we can give to God in prayer today?

Prayer:
Lord, we give our worries to you today. Help us remember that you are taking care of our future. Fill our hearts with peace. Amen.

Faith Declaration:
God takes care of my future.
