DAY 2 — Peace: I Am Not Under Attack—I Am Covered

Scripture
Colossians 1:13 (KJV)
“He hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.”
Isaiah 54:17 (KJV)
“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.”
Proverbs 26:2 (KJV)
“As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.”
Devotional Reflection
Fear will tell you:
“What if something is hidden?”
“What if something is coming against you?”
But truth says:
If you are in Christ, you are already covered.
God has
delivered you, not left you exposed.
God has
protected you, not left you vulnerable.
The Bible says a curse cannot land
without a cause.
So if you are walking with God—seeking Him, trusting Him—you are not randomly under attack.
You are not fragile.
You are secure in Him.
Peace comes when you stop searching for hidden threats…
and start resting in known truth.
Reflection
- Am I living in peace, or constantly scanning for something wrong?
- Do I believe God is truly covering me?
Prayer
Father, thank You that I am covered in You.
I release fear, anxiety, and the need to search for hidden things.
I choose peace because I trust You.
Let my heart rest in Your protection.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Declaration
“I am covered by God.
Nothing sent against me can stand.
I live in peace, not fear.”
